          No, but to me it looks like Easy for all practical purposes is DICE.
          They share the same owner, the same game series, the same building, even the same phone number.
          I would be surprised to learn that "human resources" cant be transferred between the two of them whenever the need may arise.
          And that somewhat invalidates the argument that this wont take away resources from BF3 since they are seperate companies.

          Of course, it could also mean extra resources available for BF3.

            I can assure you that DICE and Easy are different entities. It isn't uncommon for EA to house a number of studios/operations in the same facility. EA Nordic Publishing is also located in the same facility as DICE and some of Easy Studios, that does not mean that DICE owns EA Nordic Publishing or vice versa. Easy Studios also has a branch in Germany in the form of Phenomic.

            And no, we do not have Devs switching from DICE projects to Easy projects and vice versa. Focus is not being taken away from BF3 in order to get BFP4F out .
