Looks awesome but please let the single-player campaign be longer than 6 hours. I would be happy if it lasted 10 hours. To many games are going this route. Is it because video games cost so much to make these days that the developers feel the need to shorten the single-player to save money?

and speaking of long single players. which game did have a 10 hours SP? not including games where you can free roam like GTA IV or The Saboteur.

There's a lot of game with 10hours+ SP. Last games I did with more than 10hours (excluding Sand Box games) were Demon's Souls and Castlevania:LOS but yeah it's rare the SP of a FPS last longer than 10 hours (only Operation Flashpoint comes to my mind).

What about Half Life and the L4D games? Not sure how many hours those are, but I know they are long. Im only thinking PC FPS titles, not all those others that are a lot longer.

HL2 had a very long SP and great online capabilities. Lots of PC games have a decent SP.

FWIW, the SP game is 6+ hours of explosions.

I'll take the 4-6 hours of great sp as usual, but won't turn down more! Seriously, I remember all of the CoD sp's on PC, and they are all great memories. Part of that is b/c they were pure greatness with fluff cut out. If it's longer and just as good, even better! But I always love spending 1-3 days enjoying the sp, then it's off to enjoy mp, all that comes with it, and of course, zombies. ^_^

Same, the SP of CoD is ultra linear and heavily scripted, with a simplistic story, or even worse a completely ridicoulous story (MW2). I play the SP just to know the different weapons in it and because it's short, then it's MP all the way.

CoD1 still has the best SP... still looking forward to BO. Seems like they've tried some new things (and supposedly you need to finish the campaign on veteran to get access to the final zombie map, even if that's a bit of a rumour)
