That's right, our very own [MyIS]Crrrazzzy is being let out of his cage for the weekend to go meet up with the developers of Call of Duty: Black Ops, the event will focus around the multiplayer side of the game.

Incase anyone is living under a rock or has just emerged from living under a rock, the Call of Duty: Black Ops Multiplayer - Rewind Theater video should refresh your memory:

hi my question to treyarch is this : "The MP looks awesome but what are you going to do around the co-op side of things. is there zombies? Also what are the "four co-op maps" which you get in the hardened edition of the game?"

Here are some of mine:

1. How will the tier 3 perk work? (Rumor had it that perks 1 and 2 make 3)
2. Will there be a friends list for co-op and will it work this time?
3. Will co-op be like MW2 or like W@W levels?
4. Will there be more than one zombie map at release?
5. Friends list in the MP browser?
6. Is there going to be a "Classic" mode for those that want to play without perks or killstreaks?
7. How customizable will the server options be and will the browser better filter that?
8. We've seen one person from W@W show up, any more guest appearances?
9. Why remote controlled cameras and race cars in a 60s era game?
10. Why do the weapons in MP seem more "up to date" as well?

Thats all I got off the top of my head.

JD has stated that NO co-op talk will be occurring at this event as this is a 'competitive multiplayer' event only, not a co-op one. That information will be 'released later in the year'. BUT, I say pester him anyway b/c we all want to know!

-Will dedicated servers be in the box or post-release?

-Will CTF be back?

-Will there be a mode with no perks or killstreaks for those who have played CoD back before the extra insanity began going on? :)

-Since there is no hardened or prestige edition for the PC, how will the PC gamers be acquiring the new co-op maps (the same zombie maps from before) as those are stated to currently come with the hardened and prestige edition of CoD:BO?

And have blast! It was my dream to go to one of these events someday, poo that I missed out on it. GG RL.

Multiplayer beta?

Is the multiplayer beta going to be Xbox exclusive and if so, will the other platforms even get a beta prior to release?
