This Labor Day weekend is going to bring with it some days off of work and school for most readers here, perhaps even some cookouts and family events. It will also bring about a massive bonus XP weekend for Gears of War 2 fans!
That's right ladies and gents, all Labor Day weekend long, there will be bonus XP going on in Gears of War 2. This isn't some piddly double XP weekend either, no sir. This is going to be huge.
How huge? Well, that's all up to you and your affection of the "Like" button on Facebook. Head on over to the official Gears of War Facebook page and "Like" the group. The amount of bonus XP multipliers will be the number of users who "Like" Gears of War divided by 1,000.
At present, this means that the multiplier for the weekend's festivities will be at least 17x normal. Plenty to help you level up faster than you ever dared dream.
Also of note, the "Save Carmine" vote is still in favor of saving Carmine from an unfortunate death in Gears of War 3. See how you can cast your vote of support for either saving him or killing him right here.
