This just in, ZeniMax Media (parent company of Bethesda Softworks), has just announced the acquisition of Arkane Studios.
This acquisition finds the studio being led by co-creative directors Raphael Colantonio, Arkane's founder and CEO that will serve as president of Arkane, and Harvey Smith, the lead designer of Deus Ex. Arkane is best known for Arx Fatalis and Dark Messiah of Might and Magic, and for their work on BioShock 2.
At present, Arkane is working on an unannounced project with Bethesda Softworks.
