Double dose of Fable III news for you today. First up is the sad news for PC gamers looking to get their hands on the title, it was revealed that the PC version has been delayed. Microsoft announced the reason for the delay today as being that they are "focusing on building experiences optimized for each platform."
In other news, however, is the fact that the Fable III NPC creator has been launched. The NPC creator will interact with your playable character in various fashions throughout the game's story, including offering up a "1,000 gold fortune" at some point. Ah yes, there is a catch.
The catch is that while you can create your NPC now, you must pre-order Fable III from any participating retailer in order to be granted access to your NPC when the game's launch rolls around. Right now, participating retailers include Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, and Newegg.
