Well, not quite Auto-Tune, but it appears as though Rock Band 3 will include a "pitch detection and pitch shifting" feature for the game's vocals.
iZotope Technology says that its Rock Band 3 feature will "enable vocal effects commonly used in the music industry, assisting players to sing on key more easily with pitch correction."
