As noted by the image snapped from Linked.In, the position is looking for multiplayer programmers that will deal with all things typically found in multiplayer titles: chat rooms, latency, and more.
Furthermore, it appears as though the experience may be centered around a co-op experience. This is merely speculation based on the line of how the hires must "work with both the front and back ends to take existing single player user experiences and make them multiplayer safe."
