In a bit of a bizarre story on the amusing end of the spectrum, it seems as though nearly 7,500 users owe their soul to GameStation. UK retailer, GameStation, recently added an "immortal soul clause" to its Terms and Conditions to see how many users neglect to read it entirely.
GameStation states that it will not enforce the clause and all users are free to do what ever they wish with their souls. A special thanks to Bobdog for bringing this news to our attention.
While all shoppers during the test were given a simple tick box option to opt out, very few did this, which would have also rewarded them with a £5 voucher.
The store claims this shows 88 percent of people do not read the terms and conditions of a website before they make a purchase.
