According to The Tech Game, the following video is an apparent leak of the upcoming "Stimulus Package" DLC pack headed to Modern Warfare 2.

Real? Fake? What's your take on the revealed maps, are you happy that there is a possible mix of old and new maps included?

The map pack, be it this one or something else, is slated to arrive at some point this Spring.

It is going to be 360 exclusive for a while though right?

I would not be supprised if this is real. 2 new maps and 2 old, that way they can claim they added 4 to the game with minimal work and still charge $20 or whatever a DLC cost. Wont pay anything for this, if I am going to spend money on DLC's for a game it sure as hell wont be this one.

Has there even been PC dlc? I don't have the game for reasons that don't need explaining.

There has been no DLC's whatsoever for MW2. All IW has given us are updates that create more issues then they solve and a hack infested game.

I am glad I traded the game in for BFBC2 on the PS3. I am having so much more fun with BC2 that I ever did with MW2.

There has been no DLC's whatsoever for MW2. All IW has given us are updates that create more issues then they solve and a hack infested game.

Ah... CoD4 had like 2 dlc's out by march.

It takes about 80 hours to build one good map alone. Excluding testing and making adjustments according to feedback. So that's 160 hours for the 2 new maps. Then the old maps, they most likely have to re-texture and re-add models, as not all similar or same texture files keep the same name. And that's probably about 35 hours each map. Then finally there's adding new gametypes and support needed for MW2 to those maps, so that's about 5 more hours at least. So a total of 220 hours working in the editor plus all the time spent on testing, that's not minimal work.

Though I will agree that 20 dollars is a bit much.

IW promised us the editor, so if they keep their word, you'll see plenty of maps.
