Bad Company 2 Single Player Reveal Trailer

If you missed the half hour long episode of tonight's GameTrailers TV that focused on Battlefield: Bad Company 2, then you missed out on the first ever look at the game's single player campaign. Fortunately, GameTrailers has released the portion of the show that contained the exclusive reveal trailer for Bad Company 2's single player. Let's take a look!

Bad Company 2 will be released on March 2. Also of note is the re-confirmation that the console version of the game will have a 24-player max

The Battlefields throughout the trailer look pretty epic though! It should be at least better then the first one.

Looks interesting.

I like the clean visuals in particular. There doesn't seem to be an overzealous use of filters and brown/grey-out palletes for immersive effect. Which is a positive for my personal tastes.

That music though is absolutely terrible, hopefully that isn't throughout the game. The established music style of epic-orchestral mixed with region specific tunes has served the series well thus far. I don't even mind the 'generation' music such as in BF:Vietnam, as long as it is quality.

My choice of name actually has no relation to the hiphop musician .

I'm not familiar with QOTSA but judging from the trailer alone I don't mind some of their beats. The beat during the scene at the end of the video, where a firefight is raging across the river is quite appropriate.

However if their vocals consist entirely of 'screeching' that would be a source of severe irritation. 'Screeching' is a poor excuse for quality vocals and lyrics.

I forgot to mention that I like the characterization they're implying in the story. I hope they build on that.

i see more graphical resemblances with the MOH trailer now. there's something weird about textures in certain scenes.

Looked ok, the full GT show was a total fail though. They made dice look like they went from making 1942 straight to making BC, guess they forgot about battlefield's 2 and 2142.

Still no Pc screens or vids.....
