Ubisoft announced earlier today that Splinter Cell: Conviction has been delayed from its previously announced February 23, 2010 release date. The game is now tentatively slated for an April 2010 release period.
No official reason was announced for the delay. In a related story, Ubisoft's R.U.S.E. also saw a slight delay today. The World War II strategy game was pushed into a release date somewhere between April 1, 2010 and March 31, 2011. We'll have more details on Splinter Cell as they are made known.
