Yay, 1 month after I buy NS...

Anyway, I can't get it working. I installed BF2142, installed the patches, installed NS and it won't work.

A lot of people have had this problem, but from what i had to do is you install patch 1.4 then install NS, after that redo patch 1.4 then do 1.5. That is what i did and it works fine.

I'm glad i never spent 10 measly dollars on NS, even though its not much.

there is map starting with the name yellow something, maybe that is titan.
I can also be wrong but thats what i was told.

plus someone should sneak in and mix the patching blokes harddrives, can you imagine BFBC2 with a 2142 twist :laugh:

I bought all DLCs for the battlefield games and I have to agree, the problem for me in the end was not the price, it was the fact that it is tearing the community apart which led to nearly no servers with those maps.

They should have been free, but I ended up buying NS simply because the new maps were that good IMO.

i pre-ordered NS becasue at the time it was in need of some new content. tbh, i think goliath assault mode is stupid. i hope they give us the maps to play w/o goliaths. not infantry only, but assault mode minus goliaths. i'd still want to play with the other vehicles.

Maybe i'll reinstall BF2142 for the new maps and NS. Bought NS too but I forgot my EA Downloader password ( not that I care ) so I couldn't play NS anymore. But with this new patch I can drive my beloved Goliath again.

Hmm what about titan mode for NS? Do they have goliath?

no, goliath is for assault lines mode only. i know what you're thinking, thinking about taking out a fully occupied goliath with a tv missile. but there are no maps that have both gunship and goliath.

Hamachi's have TV missiles though. Do they do the same damage as gunship TV missiles?

LOL, yeah I meant Hachimoto.

They are really dangerous and with some coordination it's not hard to take down a goliath with two of them.
