        If 402 was the link between the community and the developers, wouldnt it make him guilty by more than just association?

            To me, thats the problem. He is the link to the XBox community. Everything talked about and everything shown and displayed is XBox or he says that its the same across all platforms and so he is talking in general.

            If I was a PS3 owner, I would be upset as well. Its xbox or generic information with 402 and thats it. PS3, Wii, PC, Mac; we dont have a link.

            Thats the way I see it anyway.
