Rumor: Is This a Real Max Payne 3 Teaser?

We all love a good rumor once in a while, right? Toss a rumor in about Max Payne 3 and we might as well just go change our pants now. Yesterday, a new video popped up on YouTube that claims to be a Max Payne 3 teaser. The problem is, this video was never officially released and the "release date" noted at the end is suspiciously off.

Thus far there has been no comment by Rockstar on the subject of this video. Perhaps it was meant as nothing more than an internal release that was made ages ago. Until some official word comes along, feel free to make up your own mind as to the validity of this teaser.

I cant see why someone would make a fake trailer like this but I find it hard to believe they would release Max Payne 3 out of the blue, with no hype. Also, is Max Payne really owned by Rockstar? Wasn't it those Finnish developers who made the other games?

Rockstar is doing 3. I dont remember who did the other two. That guy holding the guns IS the new Max Payne.

I am guessing that this was a prototype. Lady in the bullet is the new love of payne and the date was pushed back before this leak.
