Actually i have never pirated a game

back to topic shall we?

MW2 is getting quite a lot of publicity here and im seeing adverts on the TV for it everyday. Still very undecided as to which platform to buy this on though. Im not usually with the console players but i feel i will get it for my 360 purely because it will be a better game than on the PC i feel.

This trailer looked amazing and really makes me anticipate the SP game. The MP side of things however, if this game doesnt have a good MP im not buying it. I will get a cracked copy of the SP and that will do me just fine.

That's pretty much my reaction to MW2.

SP looks :awes from the trailer, but the $60 price, no demo, and PC delay is making it a hard choice whether to actually get the game. :|:

If it isn't good enough for your money, why is it good enough for your free time? Steal it if you want, but don't expect that rationalization to fly.

Because you don't have to pay for your free time? Spending money on something and taking time for something are different things. I never really got why someone would use that as an argument against piracy. And it's copyright violation, not stealing.

If something costs money and you get the product and not give the money, its usually stealing.

But I digress, lets keep the conversation on topic and the rights and wrongs of piracy in the courts and morale compasses.

What I meant was that in pirating a game, there isn't a tangible loss to the company; there's no actual missing physical product. Not trying to argue, just clarifying my last point.

I hate IW for making this game look so great and then making me put up with their decisions on the PC version. (ohno)
