In a bit of an unconventional move, unconventional by gaming industry standards at least, Stardock has decided to release their digital version of Demigod early! The company arrived at this decision after many Gamestop retailers began breaking the game's street date on the physical copy late last week.
This comes after the team worked all through the Easter weekend to get the multiplayer servers up and running for those who snagged a copy early. The retail version of Demigod features zero anti-piracy measures which may have also had a hand in the company's decision to release the game early through Impulse.
