Yeah, a couple other sites had said: "Apparently the play tester was deleted and banned after posting this, leading many to believe it is real."

Except the monkey perk was based off a real perk (tree climbing) along with the playing dead one, that were removed because they were to buggy.

I'm really glad that list wasn't true, weapons removed and the none silenced sniper rifle after the whole fully customizable weapons discussion. It would of been a real downer.
