Re: Skate 2 Demo on the Way
Edit video > when you go to pick a camera, it has the speed below - set it to whatever speed you want...
If you want a clip where it's like the loading screens, where it goes fast then slows down at the grind then speeds up again, you have to select place markers and put two in between the grind or w.e then edit that part - set speed low, then play whole video and it should slow down at that part only...
I should really record some good videos... the footplant was kinda funny, and I took a pic from it, thought it was good but haven't uploaded it... and the first video is a 540 frontflip... I was like 'oh **** I just did that?' lol it was pretty early on in the game... and just uploaded it to test the skate uploads (actually thought I would get a trophy for upload, but there was none
)

That frontflip was awesome... I have one backflip uploaded too.
It's the third video on page 1(i tried that embed thingy but it left some weird piece of code visible, so i thought that it's easier this way).
And i think there is a trophy for uploading your "Own-A-Spot" thingy...Comment

I would, but there is just one small little problem with it...Originally posted by ManziSomeone needs to make a TGN board for Skate 2! do it!
I suck using that graphics editor... :laugh:Comment

Re: Skate 2 Demo on the Way
There's just one little problem with that atm... The Graphics editor is broken for me. It won't let me upload any graphics to the game anymore..
There is 3 slots for you to use to save your custom graphics. And there is 4 slots to use to up them to the game. And it only let's me up one graphic(the first one i ever made in this case) to the game. It's like it doesn't "see" that i made a new one...Comment

Re: Skate 2 Demo on the Way
I have the full game it is fun and VERY frustrating because I dont know any skater terminology.
A lot of challenges are very hard. I did have some sweet moments where I beat Stonecolds Score on a Spot and Elxx's on another.Comment

I had some similar problems with the original Skate... For example when it said something like "Grind the Hubba" i was like "WTF is Hubba!?!"..I have the full game it is fun and VERY frustrating because I dont know any skater terminology.

Although there is that 'Terminology' thingy in the trick guide. But i gotta say that small video showing exactly what you need to do when you start the mission would have been awesome...
And i still think that you cheated on the ABC spot...

Re: Skate 2 Demo on the Way
I had hard time with that one too...
But basically, you have to do grab, and then flick the right analog stick to do a kickflip or pop shuvit.
Like so

It takes few tries but once you figure out what you are suppose to do, then it should be easy...Comment

Re: Skate 2 Demo on the Way
Just hold say R2, then flick R3 around in a circle while still holding R2, then you should do a fingerflip - also it has fingerflips in the trick guide...
For when people say "slide" - they usually mean grind...
Revert - this is when you spin the L3 stick around quickly while you are on the flat ground, you'll then spin around with your board to change stance (can also change stance via hippy jump and twisting in the air)
Inverts - this is when you do a handplant but hold circle when you do it so it's a tweaked handplant... or hold both circle and square? (or was it circle and x?)Comment
