Home is Outdated Claims Microsoft Executive

Aaron Greenberg, an executive at Microsoft feels as though Sony's Home is merely a "Second Life for hardcore gamers."
"What Home to me feels like is Second Life for hardcore gamers," he said, "it doesn’t feel like it broadens the experience and invites people in. When they unveiled it, it seemed innovative. I think what's happened is now here we are a couple of years later and we feel beyond that.

"It feels like 2005 tech in 2008. I'm not sure that’s what people want."
It certainly sounds as though Greenberg is treading on some very thin ice with these comments, especially after Microsoft was slammed for their avatar reveal.

So outdated that it hasn't really been done before? Second life to a degree except AFAIK that doesn't really have the capabilities that Home will do (or was supposed to).

Go back to your "NXE" and enjoy your over hyped GUI!
