New Metal Gear Teased

A new flash animation on the Konami page teases a new Metal Gear game. Let the rampant speculation begin!

So far, this single image has already reignited the "MGS on Xbox 360" rumor. Others feel that it's for a new Metal Gear title on the iPhone, or a new Metal Gear Ac!d title, or for something else entirely.

What do you think this image means?

Many thought straight off the bat cause its lime green and an on button that "OH MGS 360 YAY"

Well no there is a series of games on PSP called Metal Gear AC!D(see the "!" there?) This is a portable game only.

In that picture there is not one sole reference to the 360 you might say "but it has an on green symbol"

The symbol is universal for on as is the colour green. The exact same symbol is found on the PS3 and is also green.

So some better rumors have surface:

A Next metal gear
A=Apple
!=AC!D(the portable game)
i-iPhone(portable device)
