Lol i love how you pop into these forums and are totally just troll it up.

Anyway, i was hopping for them to hop back in time maybe, go for a Korea or Vietnam, maybe a typical Cold War gone wrong scenario. I just hope they make a new engine, i didnt particularly like COD4 or CoD:WaW, partially attributed to the engine and the perks and unlocks.

Call of Duty 6: Modern Warfare 2?

Well anyway, I don't really mind so long as Infinity Ward is involved.

With the profits they got from COD4, who didn't see this coming?

This is just off the bat but....

Maybe they are releasing this as a filler game so that they can work on a title that when the time comes will have to participate against the likes of the new BF game?

jeez most of u guys have decided this is going to be a flop before its even been made :/

Why would they make drastic changes to the engine? its a proven stable game engine (especially in comparison to some others) which is popular and i cant think of any reason why they would bother changing it until the graphics card manufacturers have something really groundbrakingly new for them to adapt too.

Id like to see more future-y weapons. I dont mean lasers and stuff just like prototype rifles and things that are a bit more of a mystery.

I still like my 1st idea to re-do CoD1 and UO and CoD2 MP maps but with CoD4engine I would pay $80CAN, but how about WWI all bolt action that would bring out the true skills. I would love a WWI CoD!:salute:

I don't give a fu** about single player, I just hope MP is good with big maps, silenced sniper rifles and a few vehicles

World War I likely wouldn't appeal to a large enough audience to be viable for a full retail game. There's enough people complaining about going back to WWII as it is, nevermind WWI.

As a mod, it would probably be ok, but it likely wouldn't make enough business sense for a full retail COD game.

Seems as if the market is just gonna get flooded. IMO they should develop some expansions with new maps, weapons, etc. Like BF2 did with SF,AF and EF.

im hoping for what some people have said, modern in the respect that its maybe 10 years in the future with more prototype weapons that are a bit more advanced than the CoD4 ones.

Although i was hoping for the year 3000
