Massive Entertainment, developers of World in Conflict, were acquired by Ubisoft. The exact details of the deal are not yet known.
Massive, as you may recall, was put up for sale back in August by Activision. At the time, the studio was set to release World in Conflict: Soviet Assault for the Xbox 360 and PS3 for this Fall. A new date for that title was not released.
