The PC version of Saints Row 2 has been delayed until January 6, 2009. The reason for the delay? Volition, the game's developers, are still hard at work coding and testing the PC version.
The company promises that this will in "no way (be) a hands-off external port of the game." The community moderator at the game's message boards has confirmed that you will be able to use a Xbox 360 controller if you choose to, but the keyboard and mouse are the first option and the control scheme is highly customizable.
Other standard options such as the ability to change resolution, aspect ratio, and AA are all included. Every gameplay element from the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game will be included in the PC release.
