UPDATE: The PlayStation Underground sent out a mailer last night to clear up some confusion over this HOME beta.
As you can see, the beta chance is only open to subscribers, and not for those who purchase just the single episode.
Original: The November issue of Qore magazine, the online magazine exclusive to the PlayStation Network, will offer subscribers the chance to view HOME. Even better, yearly subscribers and one time purchasers will have a chance to join the HOME beta if they pick up the upcoming issue.
The next issue of Qore is slated to arrive early next month. Look for it on the PlayStation Network store.

As an update to the PLAYSTATION(R)3 News email sent on Friday, October 24th, the special invitation to PlayStation(R)Home's closed beta is available only to Qore annual subscribers who purchased subscriptions by 10/29. Qore Episode 06 purchasers will not be
