Australia has refused to give the upcoming Silent Hill title, Homecoming, classification within the country.
This means that the game is effectively banned from being distributed and sold until enough edits are made to pass classification. The game was denied classification for "excessive violence."
This follows other such bans within the country that include Fallout 3 and Dark Sector. Fallout 3 will be permitted to be sold in the country thanks to Bethesda altering the names of the in-game drugs. The same sort of treatment is expected to come to Homecoming so as to allow the game to be sold.
