Far Cry 2 Will Add In Predators

The first "patch" for Far Cry 2, when it's released, may introduce a number of predatory animals into the mix. Out of the box, Far Cry 2 only features a handful of herbivores.

"The game will be released with only herbivores," reads PCG's The Spy column. "But there's a real chance that the game could end up with more vicious animals in DLC," such as lions, tigers and hopefully hungry, hungry hippos.

Right now, the game only features Zebra and Deer that sort of "flop over" when you shoot them. The UK version of PC Gamer granted Far Cry 2 a 94% review score.

Far Cry 2 will be released late in October.

I pictured walking through the African outback and a load of trigens tearing a Zebra apart lol

it sounds good, but as its PC Gamer I will wait until a decent reviewer takes a look, but it sounds promising

I won't pay for DLC unless its worth it, but it would be suicidal to try and make people pay for a patch

Probably a "patch" for PC, and maybe free DLC for consoles.

And there is free DLC, look at Burnout.
