Sony's "Life With PlayStation" update was prematurely released earlier today and then quickly pulled, but not before a few system owners were able to grab the 126MB download.
The new update is set to add additional functionality to the Folding @ Home program on the PS3. You'll be able to read the news and check out the local weather while helping to cure cancer.
This early release of the service was brought about during an "internal" test of the software. An officially release announcement is said to be coming shortly.
