It's not like anybody in this thread is discussing anything of merit, anyway. They're all just making their f*cking Santa Claus BF2 wishlist: if they had been going back and forth over particular patch details, it would've made more sense to remove our posts.

In any case, I still think it's highly insulting for you to just remove our posts. You take your admin rights too far. At the very least, you show a lack of consideration for the energy and effort that goes into people's messages.

nope, because they shouldnt have been posted in the 1st place, this thread is about a new patch for BF2 that got hijacked not a soloing thread,, no-one forced you to post, you didnt have to reply you could have just left it alone.

you shouldn't have deleted them, you should have just left it alone, you should leave bf2 alone together with these forums, thats not the point, the only reason why you had the right to delete those posts is because they were in the wrong thread

You guys shouldn't encourage Scinto to eat posts, he loves it.

Back on topic, I'll be disappointed if it's just the one map. I mean, this WILL be the last Battlefield 2 patch, so why not go all out, to round out the 'IMO' Best game that DICE has made to date, and go just a little way to appeasing some of the forum sharks who hate life now, because the blackhawk no work good. :)

You know Scinto, unlike most of the anti-soloing proponents, I actually put a lot of thought into my posts to make sure relatively intelligent people can be convinced that it's the appropriate position to take on the matter, so for you to simply flag them for deletion with two or three clicks is highly insulting.

Couldn't you just tell us to drop it and leave our posts alone?

Usually i would agree however they all ultimatly end in the same way, so no dont go an create another thread about it, just drop it and move on.

We've got hundreds of guests viewing this thread and I'm sure they don't want to have to sift through your crap to find information related to the patch.

What I would like to see:

1. Return the Black Hawk to its former glory.
2. Make C4 slightly more "throwable", but not to the extent that it once was.
3. Fix the last few glitches with the TV missile.
4. Fix the J10/F35 imbalance.
5. Make the grenade launcher less worthless.
6. Give pilots of attack choppers the option to deny access to the gunner seat.
7. Implement a sort of vehicle queue system.
8. Change maps such as Wake and Dragon Valley so that some flags start out neutral.
9. Add a new map.

I might add some more later.

1) No, not as much as it was before, but maybe something between now, and how it was before?

2) It is perfect already.. If you want to throw it over a fence, just press the fire button, and then the jump button (fire before jump-in the same millisecond)

I dont understand why EVERYBODY says that the GL is worthless.. I mean, I have seen videos on youtube, and their aiming and sighting is terrible.. It isnt the GL who is the problem, but the guy who is using it.. Just practice, and you will see that you can kill a lot of people with it..

I never said anything along the lines of "screw teamwork". I define teamwork as an action or actions that work towards the goals of the team. When I solo I help the team, when I die over and over because someone else can't perform their duty in the chopper I do not.

Having a noob in a chopper is really no different than having a noob as commander. Sure, that noob may be entitled to the commander position, but he or she isn't doing their team any favor by trying to command. Any time you have ever tried to mutiny a commander you were doing the same kind of thing soloers do to keep noobs out of the chopper.

Except that voting the commander out is allowed. TKing is usually a kickable offense, or not possible in the first place.

Anyway, I'm just glad I don't have to rely on a single vehicle to get kills and have fun in the game.

You guys all talk about the "team.but i;m pretty sure you don't give 2 ****s if the team wins or loses just as long as your score and SPM is good your ok.

I've got a better idea, how about we just do away with teamwork all together? Its not fair how it takes 4 or 5 people to capture a flag in under 10 seconds! Why cant we do it all by ourselves?! Why do I have to have a squad to help me assault the airfield? Damnit, why can't I just do it myself!?

Let's just try and sit back patiently, and wait and see what Dive, has in store for all of us BF2 players.. Obviously they have done a good job thus far, or after 3 years we all still would not be here. drooling over the idea that they care enough about BF2 to release another patch.. Dice is not stupid, and they know what is required to make them successful in the future..

You want to see changes? You want something fixed.. Be their when beta releases and test it out, and report the issues than.. For now it almost seems useless, as they are not gonna sit here and read hundreds of posts to see what people want, and do it..
