I am really loving the new maps. Creek is a sniper's wet dream and Broadcast is the best map in the game now, hands down. Even killhouse has all the good parts of shipment without the bad.

There's nothing special in it. The 4 fixes listed in the first post of this thread are copied exactly from the readme.

Doesn't look like it. Remember, 402 mentioned a few weeks back that a major bug with the new kill-cam was one of the things holding up the patch. They probably couldn't fix it in time, and decided not to delay everything any further (thankfully).

Nope, no new killcams. But the maps are incredibly awesome.

Creek, well it's almost too big but if you're sneaky it can be a great map in S&D.

Broadcast, mixed feelings but it's very fun.

Killhouse, basically a larger shipment (great map for sniping and C4 whoring)

Chinatown, carentan all over again Pretty hard at first, the enemies come out of nowhere.

But generally I think the maps are great in S&D but quickly becomes too spammy in other game modes

Thanks for the confirmation! :) After doing some more digging I realized that the 4-item list was the readme.

I had hoped for something more, but am happy to be getting the new maps which were SORELY needed! :yay:

There's already a couple hundred 1.6 servers up and running, so no fear for those who are dying to play but waiting for more servers to show up. By tonite, I'd expect many more too.

NuclearFallout NFO and they said that they can patched the server in about a min over live chat ::yay:

im waiting for my bud to get out of work so i can borrow his store copy of cod4 ( i have steam version ) so i can apply this damn patch already once thats down ill have the server i admin patched
