TotalCOD4 Custom Map Day Starts Tomorrow

I got on late last night to download the maps...got a nice +500 kb/s download speed (each map took around 90 sec or less). Definitely some cool ones out there.

I'm usually away on Friday nights which is a bummer because I really like custom maps, but I'll try to hop on if I ever am around and have time. I'll definitely try to make the HC weekends.

I love this idea, hats off guys, all of these maps in one place aught to keep it busy in there. Give that guy a raise. Can't wait to get home and give her a ride. Where do I donate to keep the server up?

Total Call of Duty 4 is happy to announce the start of a weekly custom map day! From now on the TotalCOD4 server will feature a rotation of 9 custom maps all day long on Friday. We feel this is a great chance for everyone to try out some of the impressive maps being made by the community. Here is the rotation we will be using for tomorrow, note that all maps will be played on team deathmatch and softcore:

• Backlot 2
• Harbor
• Heaven Source
• Matroska
• Modern Matmata
• Offices
• Sharqi Peninsula (Day)
• Shipment 2
• Village (Day)

If you'd like, you can download the maps before hand given the mirrors in the links above, but we have also put the maps on a separate server so you can auto-download them upon connection at a fairly fast speed. You can get the server information for the TotalCOD4 server in my signature.

The rotation will begin at 12AM PST tonight! We hope you guys stop in to try some of the maps out and continue to join every Friday. Also be sure to play over the weekend for hardcore gameplay and a variety of different game modes.

If it is a server streaming to an Official PB site, I will join.
