Battlefield Apocalypse Release Date Announced

The Battlefield Apocalypse mod team has posted a new update today announcing the release date for their mod. This release date is February 1, 2008. Here's a countdown timer for it:

Awesome! This mod certainly seems like the prettiest. Early weapon animations were amazing, I don't know what I'll see at release.

I think I'll have to walk around the maps taking in the sights before actually playing online.

This mod is packed with all manner of very unique weapons and vehicles! The devs have a pretty crazy sense of humor - so hopefully a lot of you guys will download it and give it a whirl because its a LOT of fun.

GRAVEL GUN

This weapon looks very similar to an old-school, rotary cylinder shotgun. Fire gravel-packed toilet paper tubes at your enemies with total abandon.
