Battlefield 2 is acting weird

Hi, when i go to load a mod threw a shortcut, it doesnt load, it loads BF2 instead, even PR, airmaps, sandbox and my very own mod, im using the shortcuts that the mod's exe's installed, even when i go in game and then to comunity/custom games and load them, they dont load even then!!

So can anyone please tell me wtf is happening? i thought at first that my CD was deciding to load BF2, so i made a mini image and it still isnt working.

I dont see why when i installed them not so long ago, and my own mod doesnt even load..... ive done a registry checkup too and nothing wrong there ffs

Checj the shortcuts. They should say:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +modPath mods/xpack
or someting of the sort. Note the mods/xpack for example. If they look fine, but still don't work, start BF2, go to community->custom games->select mod->click on activate.

It will only say program files if thats where you installed it.

And why cant u just load the mods from the custom games option from within BF2?

Hes already said it doesnt load them when he goes into custom maps!

Jeez!

is it the path? maybe its changed and it cannot load them becoz the path is wrong!

1. No, he said that mods didn't load, not custom maps.
2. I already said how to launch the mods from inside the game.
3. He needs to check the apple shortcut path like I originally said and note the path it is trying to execute.
