Looking in the first M16A4 picture, I thought there were finally new US Player models to replace the old ****ty ones, but then I realized it was the black guys head on an engineers body.

full insaller. wouldnt be much point in making a patcher since so many things have changed it wouldn't decrease the download file that much and its much better to install with a full installer :)
