Has there been any update from EA about the stats? I'm really hoping I wake up one morning to find a message from EA on all the boards stating that due to techinical issues the stat servers can not be restarted and therefore the entire ranking system is being shut down.. that would be awesome.

That would be awesome and about 40% of the BF2 community would leave, mostly the stat/rank noobs. lol

Well, just played in my Mashtuur server for quite some rounds, got about 300-400 points added and they did all add when I checked my BFHQ in-game! W00T, however, other servers I've been to don't seem to be adding yet O.o .. hmm
