Point of Existence 2 Mod Update #95

There is a new update posted today over at the Point of Existence 2 mod website. Here's what they had to say:

In our last update we gave hints that a new Army was coming to PoE:2. This new military force is going to be assisting it's Ally Germany. Without further adieu, The PoE:2 Development team proudly introduces back into the world of PoE:2 the United States Marine Corps. In the coming weeks we will be showing more and more equipment from the United States Marine Corps. To start this week we are showing an old item and a couple of new ones.

The USMC Special Ops soldiers will be getting a brand new M4 with a silencer and scope. DooVooMan has been hard at work to bring this weapon to life with both the model and skin. In the support role for the USMC we have the M249 beast. This is another one of DooVooMan's latest creations that he has made for the team since joining. In addition to these new hand weapons we wanted to show our M1A2 Abrams, which will be taking on Ukraine’s T84 and T55 battle tanks. The model is by GeleDonutt and the skin by Spitfire.

If i wanted to play as USMC AGAIN, i'd play one of the other 150,000 mods that let you, why can't it be a european country like holland or france or spain or latvia, why US WHY!

We already have Germany and the Ukraine, why NOT add the US? (seeing as we already started modeling US equipment when we were developing the mod for BFV)

I am soooooooooooooooooooooo happy to see the USA coming in POE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now just get us some urban maps and an A10 and I will be happy for life.
