At least the real "Bad Thing" is that OS sayed it would be their Content - you can setup a mod which requires some files from other mods ... i tested this once with OPK and USI - ive created a mod who loads parts of both mods together and so i fight with OPK germans against USI iraqis ... but OS should be a own mod - not a minimod of all mods as far as i know ...

What I meant is the incident that happened a long time ago, when one member from DCX decided to use the models from PoE1 for the mod, and then got in a lot of trouble. That's why I said "Reminds me of..."

That was not DCX. It was some DC EXCDBFGAEIOU812 mod or something. It was a mini mod of a mini mod or some crazy thing like that. It was not DCX or DCR. DC had a million mini mods I think. lol, but the people who ripped PoE off basicly got banished from all the news sites and nobody would host their files. I am sure the same will happen with these guys.

Again, assuming it is true.

look at the PR harrier, and the OS harrer, Last xmas we released ingame screenshots of the thing. That was a year ago. We did make the mistake of including it in our latest release when it wasn't being used in any maps....

Both harriers are excatly the same, I mean they even stole our bombs we made for it. Any other mod would have used the stock, vBF2 bombs. But no, these guys ensited on using our bombs, we made that are ment to go on the harrier in real life.

either there moderls and guys think excatly the same way as us, and have some how worked 10x faster than us to get it all in, or they have staled it from us. Not forgetting the other stuff they have got aswell....

EDIT: PS. to thous who didnt steal stuff from other mods, merry christmas :)

I still say we should e-mail their host and get their site taken down. All of these "triumph over evil" forum posts are useless. Stick it to the fags. All it takes is a few sentences.

I have been in their forum and i told them about this new.

The devs will meet and post a reply.

Other of them said the mod it is not finished. I dont know what they want to mean, but well let them talk and see what they have to say.

Hope they will be re do all work.

What do you mean you can't find a common ground of understanding? lmao. Just go to their forums and ask them, or do something to get a statement from them before jumping to tbf2 and posting it all over the internets.

Sure the evidence is there and it's pretty clear cut (yes, me personally thinks they have stolen content from you guys) but what if you're wrong? You guys don't even to have seemed to talk to them, no offence but it would be even more embarrassing if you were wrong.

Innocent until proven guilty, at least let them explain themselves.

We have tried to talk to these guys, posting in there news updates etc. We have knonw this for about 2 weeks now odd but they didnt bother to reply. We told them we would go public but still no reply. So we have. Now we hope they will listen. It might be cos they dont speak English, but Im sure they will try harder now they to talk with us and wont ignore this.

And we do have very, very hard evidence to suggest that it is our harrier (the PR one). There is less than 1% chance that it was made by a different guy, in the same way as ours and we know it was made in the same way. Aint going to post that evidence up unless it goes further than this!

I agree with rhino, we wouldnt have gone public with this if they had listened to us and agreed to follow proper proceedures, we love sharing content, we think its cool peeps want our stuff in their mods, BUT if you don't ask us.....you get the point? Various emails transpired and other ways of communications were made, they responded with crap in our face so we went public...any other questions, lol
