I know some of the Dev's and it's not Dead. For what I gathered the Mod is moving to the BF2142 engine and creating a new story. I see this as a cool thing that it isn't dead.

And to Jerry Hopper, you don't know anything & stop pretending to know anything about other peoples business. I know some girls at school like you and they piss everyone off.

@Vivisection its dead for bf2 though and thats the problem im proberly not going to buy bf2142 untill bf2 works better. BF2 is a brilliant game but i cant be bothered going through all the crap i have with bf2 with bf2142 as its virtually the same engine just tweaked a bit.

You're right, for BF2 it is dead, but for playing the 2142 its true home is that game and I'm sure the remaining devs will due it great justice.

It`s official! Basttlestar 2142 is a go! The domain is www.battlestar2142.com and will be up in a few hours,but just in case,lets say tomorrow......and we will be running Rise of Kobol, build 9.0...So as soon as that game server is up,I will pass along the ftp info.....We figured that we might as well release the old and start the new BSG!

You've never heard of it??? I mean i haven't played it myself, cuz my crappy computer always crashes when i try to, but the ingame video looked really attractrive! R.I.P. RoK

Battlestar_2142

Battlestar 2142 has an update.... We are continuing the mod for BF2 and soon will be working on BF2142 as well. Our zero-G system is working perfectly, the viper and raider have also received an overhaul in the flight dynamics. So,if you decided not to buy BF2142,no worries! The BF2 version of this mod will continue.We are looking at a release to the public very soon!
