let me explain for you.............

#1 this is for the community as a whole no-one is left out (even if that means giving a server to a clan that pays us initially)

#2 we have at least 2 of the clans that WERE clients and are NOT anymore ... .their sponsored!!!!!!! (so your initial post was WRONG!!! and very mis-leading)

#3 Don't like it .... then switch providers (since money is no object why worry about costs. .... there are plenty more expensive GSP's)

#4 Thanks for supporting MyIS as it seems you have an issue with the way we do things ..... YET choose to pay us :) ..... you rock !!!!!!! :salute:

As the founder i am afforded my retaliation :P we take our business very seriuously and pour everything into ..... it defines us .... so seeing remarks like you made ESPECIALLY as a client go through me like a knife ....
we give give give and give again ..... only to be tossed around like rag dolls for your wipping pleasure ..... its no wonder why the companies don't do like we do ... the drama is enough to kill you.

After reviewing your issue ......... I see BF2CC was the problem and is still causing issues :) ...

in any case it was sad to see you go, espcially when we have no control of the software we are given to provide. (no we do not change the query ports ... why would we?)

Can you advise if the AWOT tournament (an America's Army tourney) is using their BF2 server to run America's Army, or are they using it to pub BF2 on?

I would be interested to know if you could use a server and switch it back and forth between BF2 and AA.

Thanks to [MyIs] for choosing Execute. Its great to see a GSP give back to the community. We're excited to start this relationship with [MyIs] and hope that it can continue for a long time. Its great to see what [MyIs] is doing and hope they can keep it up, its like pulling teeth just to get credit for a day or two of downtime with other providers. [MyIs] giving out 6 months of free service to 100 orginizations makes them stand far above the crowd.

Also MyIS seems to have some support problems, like deleting my whole server 2x, lol, the fact that I can talk to the tech guy right on AIM is a big plus in those types of situations and thats why Im still getting a server form you. Its a great feature and you should expand on it:)


One negative thing is that you dont have a referal program, although I know your prices are already really low some referal deals might even make it better. I got 3 seperate new cutomers for MyIS, wheres my thanks:cry:

You can also call us, we can call you and if you have Teamspeak we will hop on. We also use GoToMeeting, a program that allows to connect to your computers and show you exactly what to do.

Out of thousands of customers, there is a bound to be a few situations where screwups happen -- anyone who tells you otherwise is lying. We recognize that and at the same time we focus on providing the type of customer service that we all wish we could have when we sit on hold with our ISP/electric company/cell phone company, etc listening to elevator music and picking our noses hoping someone will help within an the next hour.

Any issue can easily be resolved by IMing us or calling us. We have a huge client base that can attest to this.

As new technology becomes readily available to the average PC user, we will begin utilizing it for support. If we could teleport to your house and help you there we would. Thanks for the kind words!

WoW I just looked at the totalbf2 homepage and found that our clan is a winner today, AWESOME. GO "Soldiers of Pain"

We are currently going through a different GSP and would love to compare the 2 and make a decision of which to stay with.

Actually MyIS is probably one of the cheapest, since they often have the 50% off deals which pretty much makes the prices fall far below the competition.

Actually We =Soldiers of Pain= won on the 20th of this month and haven't heard a peep about or win, No email except the ones I sent them and they told me it would be several days until I would get an e-mail about it.
