The header graphics can be better-done, however, and I hope you guys hyperlink the entire top graphic, so it's easy to jump to main, like before.
Agreed hyperlink the top graphic cause I have the forum set as my homepage and than click the graphic to see whtas on front.
Check out http://www.neowin.net/ and how they organize their Announcements and other stuff; you may want to not squeeze the articles so much on the sides but instead put that announcement, Files and stuff under the 'Home | Forum ....' . Make sure that you can see the first article on the page within the first page's view, that way it will not get too cluttered on the main page.
