Looks good. Header is a bit bland though. Maybe some kind of Flash header would have been more appropriate.

Probably a bit too much of the babysh1t yellow colour, too. Perhaps make the images behind the section menus on either side the same light colour as the middle news headers?

First thing is this code for the menu made by a member, provided by vBulletin or other?

Second things, the top menu is setup nice but maybe the square section where the 'Home Forum User CP Submit RSS Log Out' is should maybe highlightable around the text where the 'mouseover' coding is used like the very top. Same goes for the side menu on the left in the main page and have it change a different color

Better yet for the SF, EF and AF menu section on the left match them up with the colors of the mod or maybe when you hover your mouse over it will change to that color.

(I just tried to copy and paste and edit some of your code to show you what it would look like, but it got screwed up when previewing post.)

It's a small code change on the "target=_blank"> or layer; I forget and too tired to mess with your code now. You don't mind if I fiddle with some of the code and maybe post a test/puppet site?
