The question is who makes the ignorant comments... above all by saying you make 10$ in 20mins and then cursing like a 10 year old! Seems like you've got big problems with yourself...

Most of the people are just ****ed because of the lack of support for this game. I don't think that 10$ would be a problem for anyone if this game would be properly maintained (which means in conteporary patches with fixes that actually fix something instead of adding new flaws). And thats not only my POV when I see post from a big mod like this saying exactly the same and putting a sign by posting this:

Which also doesn't predict a long lifecycle for BF2142 to me. And since DC everybody knows that mods have the power to make a big game even bigger. But for what I've heard is that DiCE got in contact with them... seems like DiCE is trying to keep their reputation at least even if it is a little too late to react.

This expansion pack ROCKS! I played a couple hours last night and it was a lot of fun! AF is much better than Euro Forces. I still like Special Forces the most out of the additional content, but you owe it to yourself to pick up AF.

Can anyone tell me if AF and EF are going retail anytime soon?

I heard EA was going to sell future boxes of BF2 and include EF & AF as part of the purchase price of $50. Those who already have BF2 are getting hosed...we'll end up paying $70. You would think those who purchased the existing game could get it for free...BUT NO.

Yeah by that time they can buy it with bargain basement titles like "Bass Masters Classic: Tournament Edition". Honestly...get over it. I have a feeling if you are playing this game, with the recommended computer specs, $10 isn't going to break the bank.

UPDATE: Simply change your country-information to any other country around Germany.......Austria is german-languaged, so change AND PLAY :-)

Good Work on the heads up as I live in Switzerland.
I am glad I decided to wait, and not to buy it on the first day. I would have bean so Pi*sed off. The resulting flaming could have gotten me banned for goog LOL

RocketChef don`t take the abbrasive responses of the EA/Dice Übersupporters to heart. Nerds like nothing more than to make someone else feel inferior or not wanted.
If someone`s comment is truly out of line with the norm. Then the rest of us will also notice. I recently had a bad experience on a forum, got banned even until the AF release date,funny. The site admin cooled down after a few minutes and I was back on the forums. Nobody hurt.

Well, i bought the damn booster yesterday, but it's just as useless as the whole BF2 game atm... Crash, crash, crash...

i have 10 bucks but no way to get it considering that im only 15 trs old and cannot have a credit card or paypal account so this is a real bummer for me cause i really wanted to play it.

How is my comment ignorant? Do you even know what ignorant means, or is it just a word that you use for any opinion that disagrees with yours? Until you can intelligently and coherently express yourself, stop posting because you look like an idiot.
Oh, and how can I get tired of "posting ignorant comments" if I only have 16 posts, 2 of which are about AF and the rest about hardware and in-game issues?
