I just get tired of that kiddie. He sure is one hell of a DCon voyeur for a guy who gets his panties in such a bunch over our stuff.

I guess in this modding scene it is not good to admit to having feelings, but we do. Making mods is a huge challenge and often quite a ****ing match.

I for one get really bummed when people take the time to put down anyone's effort. Not just dcon, but any of us. I have huge respect for all modders willing to take the time to make something fun, interesting, and free.

I may not play every mod out there, but I do see their devs as like minds. I personally will refrain from responding if I think something is not my thing.

Why take the time to be a fly in someone's soup? I mean we are all gammers here just trying to make something we like to play. If anything send an email or some sort of private message with your criticism.

I guess I am expecting too much from children. However I know so many young folks who don't act like this DV guy. Somebody must be hurting him in his real life for him to feel the need to dump his issues on others.

Great point, and Ive found a new sig quote.

MODs are what got me into FPS games, and they just get better with time. The ones on the table for us in BF2 are amazing, newbies to the scene might not be aware of that fact. We are oozing here with kick ass work. From pirates, to Star Wars, adn everything in between.

Really I am just as eager to play your mod as the rest of the public, my only problem is that I am a perfectionist in alot of things I see.
I was a huge fanatic of DC, and I was sad to see it go, and then I felt insulted when this mod came online.
I was also dissapointed to see the attitude and position you take in responding to critics and issues brought up by your fans.
However I forgot the one thing that keeps you guys going, and that is the pride of your work, and how you much of it you produce, because unlike the boys from DC, your doing this us the fans, and not just your portfolio.
My final statement to you guys is this.
Here is my apology, and best wishes to a speedy and spectacular release.

DC isnt gone, I play it too quite often. What more we are not bringing back or copying DCOM. Everone on our team does what they do now because we are all fans of DCOM, and want to have that same kind of fun with the BF2 engine. We will have our own vehicles, our own maps, nothing can be ported or copied by DCON or any other team.

We are not the only people interested in giving the community USA vs IRAQI style desert fighting. However, a small group of people enjoy following our work and throwing whatever jabs they can, I have no idea why any more.

a million peso's to the man that can answer that question about ANY mod. Unfortunately, there isnt a timeline m8, and there are no time cards to punch... so trying to put a % figure on a mods completion is really impossible - if not a little irresponsible

i bet it will be awful in dogfight situations, i hear it's easier to manuvre a road train than it is to do in one of those things.
