IT IS I PROMISE YOU. It feels soo much like dc, nothing like bf2. The a-10 shreds the hell out of stuff just like it should, the sounds are exelent. maps are great, even though i only played 2 so far.

Well after a few hours of playing I just finished up on 73 eastings. I wish it was more like the dc map but hey, they can make it whatever way they want. I did NOT like the infantry gameplay, something was wrong with it I dont know what but it didnt feal good at all, I LOVED the tanks and helos, the zooming in the tank was awesome and while zoomed in watching your machine gun bullets fly into the distance was AMAZING! awesome affects USI! I didnt like all the rails and stuff in the tank views, alot got in the way for the t-72's I think it was a little to overkill, the US tanks however I didnt see any problems with, I also liked the speed on the tanks, dont change that! For the helo flying was good, appache was better then hind but thats realistic. The speed of the flying was good, I also loved how you can hold the fire down and all the missles go, you dont have to click it a ton of times. The gun sounds all sounded alot alike, they just all had the same type of sound to them, it felt like PoE or something in vietnam, I didnt like the way they sounded, thats part of the reason why I hated the infantry gameplay so much, most of the maps were great also, there were only like 2 i didnt enjoy,

You could just stop ranting about this mod, and make your own/play something else. Granted, I don't have time to read every post here, but for a 'fan' of this mod your posts I have seen relating to it have been rather childish... Not every post can make me come out of lurking.

well come out of your hole in the ground and look at every single post they have made on totalbf2 maybe then you will see how many times they delay and that when the finally do release they leave it up to everyone else to spend 12 hours downloading when it only really needs to take 2 or less hours


maybe your just saying that because you dont have to spend that long downloading when a whole day before you got to play there were 20 people in GERMANY playing the mod. you really know though that there are thousands of americans who want to play it but USI had to do it through germany

Woot 350 KB/s with no wait time thanks to my $12/year Filefront subscription

Every mod team needs to make sure they put a copy on Filefront so I can play them right after they get released

Boo I`m only getting 265. After two corrupt downloads from planetbattlefield though, ill wait.

Just keep rejoining. Eventually they will get tired of kicking you. It seems to work for the dial uppers on Saturdays mornings with their 300+ pings.

why dont you just answer the question

my question is why didn't they actually go to different websites that have downloading servers in america before they announced the release? It just is agrivating that they wouldn't want people to be playing their mod, just that people would know the mod was out. So confused at their choice

YOUR TELLING ME TO STOP COMPLAINING WELL THATS CAUSE YOU ALREADY HAVE PLAYED THE GAME! You obviously havent been waiting for this mod like I have and then have to be the last one to play it

man this is bad. this is a really good mod but i think it is not going to be popular without US servers. I could not find single server out there. Yeahi tried rejoining but it never worked, always kicked me!!
