Regardless, no one likes exploiters/greifers. Any steps taken to get rid of many of them as possible is a good thing.

Sir. Akland, It's ok. You won't get hacked. If you report someone you'll be put into the witness protection program for sure. :P
Because I want to play on all servers (I paid for it) with everything that BF2 offers me. I do not want to worry (getting kicked/banned) about stupid rules that other people are making for me because they THINK they are best for all of us...

EA and/or DICE should make modifications to the game if they think the current rules aren't good enough for everbody's interest NOT other people.

The essense of multiplayer gaming is to abide by the rules because your gaming experience is directly affected by other players and vise-versa. This you agreed to when you clicked the "I Agree" button in the EULA (when you were installing the game).

The only people making the rules are the DICE and EA figureheads for the BF franchise. We are simply here to assist in making sure the rules are followed and help them track down the players who are not.

Next time you tell me that if I shoot somebody ingame it is a violation of the BFROE > ban/kick/whatever > adminmessage: "do not whine you agreed with the EULA"

On a other side RULES DO NOT WORK! Period. Again EA/DICE should implant a BFROE system inside BF2 itself like America's Army has (so don't do the work for EA let them, for at least once, do some work for the BF community). Then everybody knows what they can and can't do, also we are not depended on human decisions.

Why are you posting these things? It seems your goal is only to flame. I wonder why.

We do not wipe anyones stats, this is the job of EA and DICE.

This is something they have stated many times. Programs like ours and BFRS are simply there to lend a helping hand. EA and DICE have their own tools that get the job done. People can spam the hell out of BFROE, I have personally designed the system to make that a non-issue.

Just to reiterate, we do not wip any stats.

play the game b4 actin like you know what your talkin bout. Slice and Dice baby
You have 6,000 or so global points. I have almost 30,000. I will also dominate you with my SVD/M24. I have a 1.83 K/D ratio and you have a 0.50 K/D ratio. My K/D ratio with the sniper rifle is 2.10. Do some research before you insult next time.

                Good luck.

They already have such a system in place. Because of the diversity of the stats, it's very difficult to write a program that catches people.

As far as human decisions, we make no decisions. We simply lend a helping hand in reporting potential breakers of ROE to EA.

EA & DICE will review every person before wiping them themselves.

wow this is dumb. The bf franchise itself keeps getting bogged down with more and more nonesense. bugs that arent fixed , useless patches , patching of unimportant things , releases of sub standard quality software ie special forces , an up and coming 12 year olds wet dream of rocket ships and robot mech tanks and now a snitch system to draw attention from real issues with bf like heres one unsolved mystery where did AF armored fury go? or did the AF stand for April Fools. not like id be buying anyways bf is losing its luster. the snitch system doesnt help matters

First, you said that we didn't play. I disputed that first. Yes, I play sniper almost religously and I've put in much more hours than you have. In other words, I've been playing Battlefield franchise games every since the demo of Wake Island. So your argument there was dead.

Next, your argument was that we are wiping stats and that "our" ROE is bad. It's not "our" ROE, it's EA/DICE ROE. We are simply helping them in getting things straight. You keep trying to make it look like we actually wipe stats (which we do not). This is why I say your intention seems to flame-only, since you are ignoring the facts and just telling us how bad we are for no reason.

                    This is called flaming/ranting.

We love constructive criticism because it allows us to modify things to fit your (the community's) needs. So, unless you have some constructive criticism and not a simple a flame war to start ... please don't waste your time.

To reiterate for the umpteenth time:

                    1) Yes, this staff plays BF2 almost every day and has been playing the BF franchise since BF1942.

                    2) No, we do not wipe anyones stats and have no influence over who gets wiped and who does not. We collect information in an organized format and make sure blatant ROE violations do not go unnoticed to EA (a good thing.. no?)

What else would you like to flame us on?

Exactly my point above. Please analzye the facts first.

I've only had 34 kills with the grenade launcher, which is why the accuracy is so high. I've only used it for 25 minutes total.

Re: BFROE.com open to report ROE violations

It's a ranking system. Most people seem to miss that fact.

Just because you don't happen to enjoy the ranking/stats does not mean that other people do not. If you do happen to enjoy it, well, then you most likly won't want to see other people destroy the whole concept of it by exploiting. NO ONE wants to see people missbehave such as TK for vehicles or commanders spending all their time in a plane.

Face it, the ROE is good thing. As for stats being wiped, that won't happen until it's completly clear that someone exploited the system... so again, what's the problem?

That there are other issues with BF2 that could need some attention is completly besides the point. One thing does not exclude the other.

Re: BFROE.com open to report ROE violations

ok so i like the idea and believe it might be a good idea.... IF the players dont abuse it. WHICH is highly unlikely. not only can stats be misread but people are gonna go report happy. some of the complaint areas i dont understand and im guessing are listed for resons that EA states are ROE violations. like a high point server.... not like your not earning the points yourself only difference is your not having to reload the map 30 times and its more of an ongoing battle and sometimes makes for some good game play. but i know EA has issues with the whole good gameplay idea.
people are going to report abusive players, tkers, and abusive admins in hundreds just because they are whinners. obviously if some on is tking rediculously its understandable to report but im seeing many reports in the future of instances of " this guy tk'd me in around twice" ban him from the game. Some people are just petty like that , i know i play all the time and run into them . =p

like i said good idea but thats given the notion of no abuse and no retards being whinners and being report happy. its alot of trust in the fellow gamers, and the just truth is that people arent that honest and lots of people are very self absorbed. i know sort of pesimistic but hey go out in the world and people watch, heck go and watch your friends play games lol ,well at least mine, the gamers are jackasses and very complainy. or anyways off the human morality trip. great idea and would loves if everything would go as i know you guys want it too but im just sketchy on the outcome and the resets. but only time will tell.

and please please make sure you go by the innocent until proven guilty approach. the accused people should have alot of evidence against them prior to EA being envolved. some people are good gamers and not hackers :) thank you

ps sorry about spelling or grammer im at work and sort of rushing for a post :)
and i know you addressed some of these concerns in your earlier posts but im just restating them and my stats on this account will speak for that and also on my other account too, but that ones with my new clan this bad boy is retired, which bring me to a sad note of earning all my damn badges and 50,000+ points and all the unlocks to not being able to play it anymore.
                        RIP

when reports are made they have to go thru several levels and people before finally being sent to EA,,

plus there is alot of other information that is gathered..

so if you make a report cause you got pwned in a server or by a player

thats as far as the report will go..

but keep in mind we also track those reports thats why it asks for your in game name and email...

people dont want to lose their reporting capabilities for making stupid false reports now do they..
