Dumbest thing I did? OK, when I first got BF2, before I even installed it, I could NOT find the CD-Key. EA said it was supposed to be somewhere and it wasn't there. I looked through everything in the box. I was freaking out. "OMG defective BF2 NOOOO!" Then, I turned over the damn manual and there it was. What a relief. :laugh:

BTW simio, you need to add the "NO WAI!" owl to your sig.

i must confess, im a manual reader. You really can learn alot with the book.

Blowing myself up with C4 by getting overzealous with the mouse button while dropping them. Still do it on occasion. Lag spikes don`t help.

Blowing myself up with C4 by getting overzealous with the mouse button while dropping them. Still do it on occasion. Lag spikes don`t help.

I used to do that playin US in Oman all the time, there would be so many targets in front of me, & having the element of surprise, that I would bag 4, or 5 enemy before I died

I actually know what an arty piece looks like, and besides, I didn't even give it a thought.

My first kill in BF2. I crashed an airplane into a base, got a sweet 3 kills....rofl

I still do it on occasion when there're a load of enemys and one of my guys pops up, I keep shooting. I do say "sorry" So if you're on my team and I kill you, I swear it's not on purpous

I tried out the arty too. "This sucks"

I was pro at the vehicles though; playing 1nsane is awesome!

I think that's it... well that and my 20 death streak, lol

c4ed all of the surrounding vehicles at spawn, c4ed my own arty, c4ed my own UAV trailer, c4ed my scan sattelite, fun fun fun!

dumbest thing i did when i got bf2 home was to install it on a p3 1.7ghz celeron with 512mb ram

sigh...

also, it took me about 4 months before i ever knew about/saw the commander screen myself. Until then, i thought all commander could do was use the menu system to place things.

I did that in Mastuur after being team switched, & not realizing it
