why not if u kill a civilian u lose a point

You lose 2 when you kill yourself or do damage to your teammates. Just run around on Karkand and pretent the other 31 players on your team are civilians, it's all up to YOU to capture the flags and kill the enemy!!!!
GRAW will have civilians, this does not need it, we have birds and birds are good.

you should get "evil occupation points" if youre on the USMC side for blowing up mosques, knifing "innocent" civilians and any other evil stuff you can think of.

the more infrastructure you destroy and populace you terrorize, the higher your evil occupation score!

contrastly, the forces of scumbekistan (called MEC) can use them as suicide bombers and human shields! they also throw rocks, reminded of their duty as classic palestinians (their govt calls them "security workers" and pays them with aid money! cause its all they have!)

plus, what if someone just went skitzo and started blasting civilians? its in a bit of bad taste...

(although, strap some C4 to them and point them towards the enemy UAV trailer.... hmmmmmmm)
