Hey, Voidth, I'm downloading the videos now but could you also upload the bf2demo file? I'd love to download it and check it out up close. I've tried a number of times to take down a jet whilst flying solo in an attack helo and, so far, I've not had any luck.

Unfortunately, the demo will not allow you to view "in person", for example inside a chopper and seeing someone actually doing the TV guiding. This is a limitation of the battlerecorder. The demo therefore wouldn't help you (plus I now sneakily save myself from public humiliation by not reveiling my n00b crashes / misses )

Afaik as downing a plane, this is my first , so as much as I would like to give you pointers I'm really not the one who can give you solid pointers on that.

Oh, I know, Voidth ... I've used the BattleRecorder extensively. :)

I'd just love to see the shot from a variety of angles and distances. Perhaps you could upload the demo and send me the link via PM (then there's no need to worry about public humiliation). :p

After all, to pull off that kind of shot is one thing but to have a bf2demo file of the moment is all the more rare.

That is not very hard to do. I've done it at least 5 times with the z-10 on wake island and I rarely fly helis on that map. F-35's cant hit J-10s so they start going after the helicopters. It works like this, first pass I spot you 2nd pass I kill you. I'll admit it does give you a warm fuzzy feeling when you stuff a f-35 with a TV missile so I can understand why you posted :drevil:

I'm aware he was slowing down and not just hovering....your the guys who need to ligthen up, i was feeling bored at the moment so i decided to have fun with it in MS Paint....do you guys realy take OMGWTF that seriously? or do i have to say OMGWTFBBQSAUCE for you to think im joking around....
