I have a question.!!

why most of the people in here worry so much about their stats?? are you just suppost to play just for relaxing for a couple of hours or when your wife/girlfriend doesnt want to give you quality time????


I just play for playing. i dont care what my score is. proabably thats why i enjoy the game so much. i came from playing Black Hawk Down. all the server need it a script aside to upload the stats to a web server and then you will be able to see your stats. i never took a look at them because like i say i just play for the fun of the game. do you play for that?

You'll never find a multiplayer game out there where people don't care about their stats. It's just something you'll have to live with or get rid of your game.

When you play on Ranked Servers, why shouldn't you care about your stats ? Or if you care about your stats, then you're a stats whore :) If it's unranked, then to hell with stats

My stats = more content in the form of more(and sometimes superior)weapons.

So yes, as I play for fun I also have to keep an eye out on my score so that I would be able to unlock some weapons in the near future...b/c 5-10 points a game will NOT get me my weapons any time soon.

What would be great is to add "specializations"...like Spec-Ops specialist would allow you to be more efficiant with C4(less C4 per target used), medic would get more use from each med pack(same for support but with ammo) Snipers would get the "tank killer" title with the m95 would be able to shoot through the armor and kill the driver(like in RL) Engi's would be able to construct road blocks/vehicle obstructions/ and barbed wire for infantry...but thats just my opinion.

Who cares about stats? The teamwork and the sheer fun of blowing things up and operating cool vehicles and meeting interesting people is enough.

i use stats to measure my own progress/growth in the game, i dont care how i rank among others, only that i improve, and have a guage to determine my improvement.

It's because when people make statements, people run off to check that person's stats and if they are bad start flaming them and call them n00bs etc.

It's a hierachy. "Oooooh, he has a good k/d ratio, what he says is law!"

Many Kids playing BF2 only for stats,thats why we have so many threads about that .many adults playing for stats and only some realize this is just a game they **** on those stats and want some relaxing time.

It keeps the game interested once you have seen everything, done everything, unlocked everything and everything else..going for the medals and ranks just kind of keeps a little gust of wind behind our backs for those that care about stats I suppose.

I just play hard, try to keep my teammates alive, and in the end I have a high score to show for it!

epenis.... all it is... people want to have thebiggest eschlong. So they can boast to others about how much bigger theirs is..lol.
i play maybe once a week now because ive found other more important matters(ACT's,SAT's. etc.etc) im a junior in highschool so this summer is when all the shiznit hits the fan.

Same here. I've stopped playing all together because of school.
