You should only care about your own score; keep your eyes on your own paper, so to speak... If people are playing this game to rank up then they have forgotten what games are to be played for.. Then i have to ask, why the hell did any of you play BF1942, DC or BF: Vietnam? Practicing so you could rank up in BF2 faster?

This is a comptitive sport and so cheating is cheating.

What are the ranks and unlocks good for? Can you trade them in for money? Get a better job? Get more p*ssy?

This is a competitive sport? That is BS..

yes it is. Saying what you are saying is like saying the following:-

'why score goals playing football what can you do with a goal? Can you sell it etc?'

'why get upset when athletes playing in a sport you compete in take anabolic steriods enabling them to compete better than you can?'

      Its inane and stupid.

If you can't see why what your saying is stupid then theres little or no point explaining other than why exactly do you bother playing bf2?

2 sided coin, dont you think.
I mean stats dont mean a crap.
So if thats true, why are people not enjoying a nice good o'l fashioned game? Instead they go to a remote area to kill, revive, etc. etc? If your hangin out and doing something like this, your not playing the game. Your not helping your team mates.
I was playing the other day, when 2 of my team mates were doing this the whole round. I didnt realize it for a long time. However we were losing big time. I was getting very frustrated and couldnt understand why we were getting hit so hard. After a few looks.........i figured it out. Two of our jacka@@ were stat padding in teh corner of a map. Those 2 guys had they were playing would have made a big difference. If you want to stat pad, the stats show that you do so, and that you basically suck. What ****es me off about stat padders, is when they do it on a full, decent server. I mean, give up your spot on the server, and go to some skank, empty server, and jackoff all you want. To come to a full server speaks VOLUMES that you not only want to cheat the system, you want everyone else to see your l337 score, in the process.
Nope. You see this stuff...REPORT it.
Again, if your gonna do this, why do it where everyone knows your doing it? Amazing. Derrrrhhh.

HELLO !?!, MCFLY !!!!!! Those people in sports, especially sports where steroids are a big issue, are making big time money.. See, no one in BF2 is making big time money...

So two people would have made a big difference in your game? Maybe we should start reporting people that leave in the middle of a round? Surely they hurt the team when they do that, as you are then short players until someone else happens along...

What if a bunch of privates are on your team while the other team has a bunch of officers? Surely that isn't fair; you're being hurt by having less skilled players on your team....

It's a game; it's not fair and stats don't mean crap...

Re: Never reported - should I?

What's the point? 2 months after finding out a clan member of ours who we hadn't seen for quite some time was on a list of people playing on a knife/pistol server and ended with the best score and a BRS of 789 guess what happened to him and the server? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Well we kicked him instantly from our clan the day the evidence was posted other than that he is still running around, still playing on these servers, the server he was busted on is still going, he is still using our clan tags and he highest kill weapon is now shock paddles.

                Why bother wasting your time!

if u get padders i suggest u just report them and not post them here...

u did well, actually u did very well getting those cheaters, but why i say u should not post here is because in these forums u will allways find someone ready to warship and defend the stat padders, why it happens i dont know, maybe they do it themselves or maybe they just like to contradict ppl even if the proofs are in front of them...

but anyway good job getting those bastards :)

Gah... BF2s is SO slow updating. -[C.E.A]-*Sinkope got reset awhile ago.
http://www.bf2player.com/index.php?p...count=49562902 There. all gone. Unfortunatly, the same is not true of our wayward R2. Ultimatly, it's EA that pushes the reset button or not. I can't see them being too worried about it unless it's someone on or near the top of the list.

Re: Never reported - should I?

I would think any kind of game, no wait. COMPETITION, could be considered sports.
No one ever said (except the media) that sports were where you did physical things, such as baseball, hockey football, soccer, however all these are the same....they are games. And games should be considered sports.
But forget the word sports if you will, and replace it with competition. Anytime you compete against anything, be it time or another person, its rather ............sporting no?
Some say golf isnt a sport. I'd say its more of a true sport then football. Because you fight yourself. And no matter how big, or fast, or strong anyone else is, fighting yourself is the ultimate battle. But thats just me, and off topic. Sorry.
But yes... online gaming could be considered a sport, without a doubt. Just because its not on TV doesnt make it less real. SOrry TV generation Y i guess you are.
